SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). Pure Romance by Andrea ships all packages via USPS.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Pure Romance experience. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 - 10 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays. In-stock items will be shipped within 48-hours.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed.
Due to the intimate nature of the Pure Romance product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
TO EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE ITEM
Email Customer Service to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.) Package the product and all accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and circle the listing of the product that is defective.
