In-stock Pure Romance orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. It's important to note that Pure Romance and our shipping partners do not consider weekends and holidays as business days.  Shipping time may take up to 10-14 days as we await product from our warehouse.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is picked up by the carrier. This includes all Expedited Shipping methods.

Delivery dates are subject to carrier and weather delays and should be used as an estimate only and are not guaranteed. 

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations.

 

30-Day Return Policy

At Shop with Andrea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. Other products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Additionally, all returns must include any original parts, cords, controls, and accessories.
Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been opened, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and employees.  Store credit will be given in exchange for returned items. 

Product Warranty

Pure Romance offers a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid. 

Customer is responsible for returning to Shop with Andrea at their own expense.

Return or Exchange:

Shop with Andrea powered (by Pure Romance by Andrea) can only process returns or exchanges for items bought on ShopwithAndrea.com or PartywithAndrea.com.  

To initiate a product return or exchange, please have the Order Number and the email address used when placing the order.  And email andrea@shopwithandrea.com to make your request. Requests will only be honored via email so that we have records of your requests.
